ORA-01081: cannot start already-running ORACLE - shut it down first问题
处理方案：
SQL> shutdown abort;
ORACLE instance shut down.
SQL> startup;
ORACLE instance started.

Redo Buffers 14753792 bytes
Database mounted.
Database opened.
