Error description
When executing a CREATE DATABASE command from the CLP of a
remote client, db2bp terminates.

The steps in this scenario are as follows:

1. Attach to a remote instance
2. Try to create a remote database
3. db2bp terminates
4. Trying to connect to the database from both the remote client
and the local client fails with the error: "SQL1035N  The
database is currently in use.  SQLSTATE=57019".
Local fix
The database can be successfully created locally
on the server.
