My short term goal is getting a better paid job. For reaching this goal, I learn English hardly. Because the foreign companies always pay more than native companies in China.
My long term goal is saving enough money to pay the down payment of the property mortgage. For this goal, I think it's impassable unless I start my own business successfully.
The price of property is too high to the income of common middle classes. For example, the average unit price of property is 15,000 RMB one square meter in Hangzhou China. And the average month income of middle classes is 3,000 RMB.
In my opinion, The monopoly of lands is the source of high property price. All of lands are entitle by government in China. Everyone must not to hold the own-ship of lands exclude the government. And the government had make laws to forbid individual buying the use right of lands for building properties. It only allows the specific companies to buy the use right of lands for building property. Therefor, the public can only buy properties from the specific companies whom the government allows to buy the use right of lands for building properties.
