Hi,

I have researched on your issue completely and found the following bug is caused this error

Bug 4430244
RDBMS 10.2 SPACE PRODID-5 PORTID-46
Abstract: ORA-600: INTERNAL ERROR CODE, ARGUMENTS: [KCBNEW_3], [0], [8

IMPACT
------

The error is due to PROCESS FAILURE
This error is purely NON CORRUPTIVE and No underlying data corruption.

Suggestion
-----------

To Avoid/Resolve this error permanently, please do the following

1) Apply One Off Patch 4430244 on top of 10.2.0.3.

2) Download and apply Patch 4430244 from Metalink.
How to get the patch from MetaLink:

1) Click on `Patches & Updates`.
2) Click on `Simple Search` link.
3) Enter patch number in the `Patch Number` field. ==> 4430244
4) Select your platform. ==> AIX 5L Based Systems (64 bit)
5) Click on `Go`.
6) Click on `Download` to begin the download process.

Note: Please review the README file for instructions on how to install the patchset
