今天学了个新的视图v$access. ORACLE的参考文档是这样描述的：
This view displays objects in the database that are currently locked and the sessions
that are accessing them.
假如你怀疑某个对象是否被LOCK住了，可以查询这个视图。
Column Datatype Description
--------------------------------------------------------
SID NUMBER Session number that is accessing an object
OWNER VARCHAR2(64) Owner of the object
OBJECT VARCHAR2(1000) Name of the object
TYPE VARCHAR2(24) Type identifier for the object
