It's probably not lack of information or high quality materials.
I think it's lack of motivation. Some people just don't want to study hard. I said many times reading the Concepts manual helps a lot.
How many do you think have done so? I know you did.
But most people feel it too tedious and time-consuming.

So, I guess my advice is -- don't focus on the individual FEATURES, learn the
concepts -- how it works. Features, they can be learned. Concepts and having a
fundemental understanding of how the product functions -- either you know it or
you don't.
