banner 在等定的时间或场景中显示提示语  

LINE          c banner-text c, where 'c' is a delimiting character 等同与motd
   exec          Set EXEC process creation banner   在登录成功后
   incoming        Set incoming terminal line banner 与exec相同用与反向telnet
   login           Set login banner   连接以后显示紧跟在motd以后
   motd          Set Message of the Day banner 连接后显示
   prompt-timeout   Set Message for login authentication timeout 远程连接后登录提示框（不输入任合东西）超时提示
   slip-ppp        Set Message for SLIP/PPP 点对点协议


默认以第一个字符c开头   中间提示语 第二个字符c结束不管是不是在文本的最后

例如
banner motd cwelcomec
显示为wel

默认情况下多有不便，也可改变为自定义字符
banner motd #
Enter TEXT message.   End with the character '#'.
#welcome#
显示为welcome

变量引用
banner slip-ppp %
