–-dnsmasq_config_file=/etc/nova/dnsmasq.confdnsmasq.conf
should contains:
dhcp-option=6,10.1.100.254
dhcp-option=3,10.1.100.254
dhcp-option 6 should be set to the resolver you want to use,
and dhcp-option 3 should be set to the gateway you want to use.
