到下载perl for win

安装perl
5.10.1安装完之后，会在IIS增加应用程序映射，所以我们就只要下一步下一步就完成了
然后到"WEB服务器扩展"里面，全部允许！

安装awstats

This tool will help you to configure AWStats to analyze statistics for
one web server. You can try to use it to let it do all that is possible
in AWStats setup, however following the step by step manual setup
documentation (docs/index.html) is often a better idea. Above all if:
- You are not an administrator user,
- You want to analyze downloaded log files without web server,
- You want to analyze mail or ftp log files instead of web log files,
- You need to analyze load balanced servers log files,
- You want to 'understand' all possible ways to use AWStats...
Read the AWStats documentation (docs/index.html).

awstats.nf
You should have a look inside to check and change manually main parameters.
You can then manually update your statistics for '' with command:

我们来配置我们的IIS，让它能够支持awstats

网站-->属性
在活动日志格式这里选"W3C扩展日志文件格式"，再点"属性"再先到"高级"

日期（date）
时间（time）
客户端IP地址（c-ip）
用户名（cs-username）
方法（cs-method）
URI资源（cs-uri-stem）
URI查询（cs-uri-query）
协议状态（sc-status）
发送字节数（sc-bytes）
协议版本（cs-version）
用户代理（cs(User-Agent)）
引用站点（cs(Referer)）

先上这些，其它都不要！
再新建虚拟目录cgi-bin指到C:\Program Files\AWStats\wwwroot\cgi-bin
新建虚拟目录icon指到C:\Program Files\AWStats\wwwroot\icon

修改C:\Program Files\AWStats\wwwroot\cgi-bin下的配置文件
awstats.nf

LogFile="C:\WINDOWS\System32\LogFiles\W3SVC1\ex%YY-0%MM-0%DD-0.log" 
DirData="C:\Program Files\AWStats\wwwroot\cgi-bin\data"
LogFormat= 2

停止IIS，删除日志！开始，
awstats.pl -config= -update

C:\Program Files\AWStats\wwwroot\cgi-bin>awstats.pl -config= -upd
