关于vea界面无法正常显示的问题解决

实际工作中遇到问题:

背景:操作系统为aix,安装了veritas storegfoundation5.0.

问题:启动vea界面后，发现界面无法正常显示,卷组和磁盘的信息都无法显示出来.

解决过程:

1.首先保证存在必要的进程:

# ps -ef | grep vxpal
root 16198 1 0 07:04 pts/1 00:00:00 /opt/VRTSobc/pal33/bin/vxpal -a gridnode -x
root 16218 1 1 07:05 pts/1 00:00:00 /opt/VRTSobc/pal33/bin/vxpal -a StorageAgent -x
root 16328 1 3 07:06 pts/1 00:00:00 /opt/VRTSobc/pal33/bin/vxpal -a actionagent -x
root 16347 16083 0 07:06 pts/1 00:00:00 grep vxpal

如何没有这些进程的话,需要启动

# /etc/init.d/vxpal.gridnode start
# /etc/init.d/vxpal.actionagent start
# /etc/init.d/vxpal.StorageAgent start

(注,在我的实际问题中,这些进程是存在的)

2.重新启动VEA server

# /opt/VRTSob/bin/vxsvcctrl stop
# /opt/VRTSob/bin/vxsvcctrl start

重起服务后故障依旧

4.执行以下操作:

1. Close 'VEA GUI' window.
2. # /sbin/init.d/isisd stop
3. # /sbin/init.d/isisd start
4. Restart the agents:
# cd /opt/VRTSobc/pal33/bin
# ./vxpalctrl -a gridnode -c restart
# ./vxpalctrl -a storageagent -c restart
5. Start the VEA GUI program now.
