rhel 3 中不能ping localhost 担能ping 127.0.0.1

在rhel as3 中能ping通127.0.0.1,单不能ping通localhost.

 

估计是localhost不能解析成127.0.0.1了

 

原因:

 

修改了/etc/nsswitch.conf文件的这一行:

#hosts:     db files nisplus nis dns
hosts:      dns files

 

默认是:files  dns

 

改为默认值以后就能ping通了

 

#hostname  -i

127.0.0.1

 

能解析成127.0.0.1了

 

#ping  localhost

64 bytes from db-16 (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=0 ttl=64 time=0.026 ms
64 bytes from db-16 (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=0.023 ms
