symantec's driver is not compatible with win7,so uninstall the symantec and download another version :norton 360 beta. only 15days trial.
so,as above link mentioned, below anti-virus tool will be a back
its Avira, a free software. looks good. love free forever. symantecs sh!t.

oh,hardly to forget,if win7 encountered one impact driver, the startup will be very very long once the fxcking driver was called at windows starup.

3.1 控制面板\网络和 Internet\网络和共享中心 进入，选择左边更改适配器设置
creat shortcut to desktop
command: rasphone
path:C:\Windows\System32\rasphone.exe
3.2 Win7 开机自动拨号方法 :
右击“计算机”-管理-系统工具-任务计划程序，右边点击创建任务
输入个计划名字..eg.: 自动拨号.
切换到触发器-新建-选择 登录时
切换到操作 里选 启动程序，
程序或脚本 里填 C:\Windows\System32\rasphone.exe
添加参数 里填 -d "宽带连接"
