Scripted installer is a web application to create ks file in ESX server. Kickstart file is used to automatically install linux or other linux like OS as a installation configuration.
1) Fresh install esx.
2) Open /usr/lib/vmware/webAccess/tomcat/apache-tomcat-5.5.26/webapps/ui/WEB-INF/struts-config.xml and find out these like text.

Follow the notes to comment or uncomment lines in the above file.
3) Then , Access the web center by tying the ip in the browser address blank.
Restart the webaccess service.
4) Login the script installer to create the ks file and downloade.
