ESX中的VM能否导出给workstation使用呢，答案是可以。但必须用vmkfstools导出，直接拷贝是不行的。
具体步骤如下：
1) deploy a VM from template
2) use vmkfstools to export this VM(vmkfstools –i –d 2gbsparse)
3) ftp or scp this VM to the host with workstation 5
4) in workstation, create a new VM and attach the vmdk.
这样我们可以充分利用virtual center中强大的模版功能。
