Out of breath, this was what I felt an hour ago.
I just stepped out the first footprint of my body refitting plan. It took
me about thirty minutes to complete a five-kilometer jogging.
Fortunately, I was aware of the fact that the two legs, were still part of
my body, after I stopped. Although sweated and exhausted, it really
feels so good!
The shoes did well. It's light enough and comfortable. I think that I have
to buy an additional pair of this brand, New Balance.
Being good, doing right. Perhaps it is the right time to lead a
scheduled life now. Come on!
A voice from Enigma occurs to me suddenly,
"... close your eyes and take a deep breath. Free your mind, let the
rhythm be your guide..."
I don't know why. The album had been presented to Mr. Mushroom
years ago.
