解决方法
1.alter system set
LOCAL_LISTENER="(address=(protocol=tcp)(port=1521)(host=)) scope=both
sid='INSTANCE_NAME1'; --vip_node1为ip
Do the same for the 2nd instance where host is set to the and the sid is set to the 2nd instance name.

LOCAL_LISTENER="(address=(protocol=tcp)(port=1521)(host=
))
scope=both sid='INSTANCE_NAME2'; --vip_node2为ip
2.或者在客户端/etc/hosts添加所有hostname对应的ip,包括vip的解析,或者用dns
