1.S市的人口增长了20%，并不代表买房的人就会多。有可能增长的人口都是小孩，对买房人数没有影响。

2.S市的家庭收入水平虽然增长的很快，超过了全国水平。但是有可能是因为原来收入水平很低，基数比较小，虽然很快，有可能收入的多少还是在全国水平以下。所以增加高价房的数量没有意义。

3.即便上述两种情况成立，也有可能S市的人倾向于买便宜的房子，而不是买更贵的房子。

4.上述情况均成立，那也是过去五年的情况，有可能今后的情况会改变，比如说市场会衰败，收入水平停止增长等因素。
