排除了其它所有错误后，仅剩下这些错误
fatal: qmgr_move: update active time stamps: input/output error
postfix/master[5501]: warning: process /usr/lib/postfix/qmgr pid 6628 exit status postfix/master[5501]: warning: /usr/lib/postfix/qmgr: bad command startup -- throttling
当时觉得很奇怪， i/o错误，以为文件系统有问题了。 后来到active目录下看到有无法读的文件，其它目录也都有，无法删除。最后只了将/var/spool/postfix目录重建了。
重新 只要注意目录权限即可。 否则可能 会出现Operation not permitted的错误
