install flash player for iceweasel

1. Download the adobe files from %28.tar.gz%29_32-bit
2.untar the gz file you will get these
     libflashplayer.so  readme.txt  usr
3.copy these files to the appropriate directory
   sudo cp libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/iceweasel/
   sudo cp -r usr/* /usr/
4. restart the iceweasel browser.
