写这篇文档的时候我是多么的郁闷啊,刚买的6条4G的金士顿内存用不了啊,和我现有的机器不兼容!
由于提前没有收集内存的信息,所以导致这样的后果,吃一堑长一智吧!
简单的整理一下Linux下看看硬件信息的方法。主要是以介绍dmidecode命令为主。
dmidecode: DMI table decoder
1、 -s 选项对应的参数:
(具体参数对应的信息不解释了!)
bios-vendor, bios-version, bios-release-date,
system-manufacturer, system-product-name,
system-version, system-serial-number,
system-uuid, baseboard-manufacturer,
base-board-product-name, baseboard-version,
baseboard-serial-number, baseboard-asset-tag,
chassis-manufacturer, chassis-type, chassis-version,
chas-sis-serial-number, chassis-asset-tag,
processor-family, processor-manufacturer,
processor-version, processor-frequency.
2、-t 选项对应的参数:
(具体参数对应的信息不解释了!)
bios, system, baseboard, chassis, processor, memory, cache, connector, slot.

5、-t 选项对应的KeyWord参数可以用类型编号代替:

例如:
dmidecode -t bios -t BIOS Language 可以用 dmidecode -t 0 -t 13代替。
6、查看内存频率信息:
dmidecode -t memory | grep --color "^Speed"
7、查看CPU信息:
dmidecode -t processor
8、查看CPU是否支持虚拟化:
dmidecode -t processor | grep "VME"
如果出现“VME (Virtual mode extension)”代表支持虚拟化
以上命令在RHEL 6.0上测试通过
