Q1. Whats the difference between WPA and WPA-PSK, Does anyone know the advantages and disadvantages??
A1. WPA uses what's known as a RADIUS server to set up keys. WPA-PSK requires a password which can sometimes be more insecure due to an easily-cracked password. Both encrypt the same, and typically WPA-PSK is easier to set up allow other people to connect to.
Q2. What is the difference between AES and TKIP?? What are the advantages and disadvantages??
A2. AES is an encryption algorithm. TKIP mixes keys per packet, making an insecure encryption much more secure. They aren't mutually exclusive or directly comparable, really. It's like asking what the difference between an apple and a tractor is.
