[原创]win2003 server 开启telenet服务后无法登录

心血来潮，准备试试特里呢他管理下那台win2003 搭建的pc server。
于是就在services里启动了 Telenet 服务。
但是 telnet 登录却报错。报错信息如下：

Telnet server could not log you in using NTLM authentication.
Your password may have expired.
Login using username and password

Welcome to Microsoft Telnet Service

login: xxx
password:
Failure in initializing the telnet session. Shell process may not have been launched.

Telnet Server has closed the connection

google了一下，发现需要启动Secondary Logon服务，并且在防火墙开放23端口即可。
