禁用hald-addon-stor

 hald-addon-stor负责检测外围设备插入情况（光驱肯定包括，不知道包括不包括显示器）

资源占用有点，为了节约可以关闭

下面方法redhat5.4测试可用

/bin/vi /etc/hal/fdi/policy/99-custom.fdi

改完重启haldaemon进程

/etc/init.d/haldaemon restart
