解决xp explorer.exe vc++错误办法

今天我的电脑xp进入系统后出现 vc++错误，总之一句话explorer.exe替换过就是这个问题，其他任务管理器通通正常
 buffer overrun detected progrsm:c/windows/explorer.exe 
下面还有一大行英语句子，a buffer overun has been detected which has corrupted the progarm's internal state.the program cannot safely continue execution and must noe be terminated.

电脑的桌面启动不起来。无法正常使用，安全模式也是如此，有同样的错误提示。
 

这个问题是名为类似BGCloudSH.1.0.0.1.(11).dll文件导致，括号中的数字不固定（我的是861），删除该文件即正常。下面，我们先将手动解决办法告知大家：

1.    进入系统后，点击Ctrl+Alt+Delete，启动任务管理器，点击【文件】-【新建任务】

3.    新开窗口下方的文件类型选择【所有文件】，位于C:\Program Files\CommonFiles\microsoft shared\bg目录下找到BGCloudSH.1.0.0.1.(11).dll，右键选定删除

4.    回到Windows文件下运行explorer即可
