环境变量设置：
>FIELDTBLS32 platflds
>FLDTBLDIR32 C:\bea\tuxedo8.0\front
>path C:\bea\tuxedo8.0\bin
>TUXDIR C:\bea
tuxedo80_win.exe >>install this exe file as default seting,you should select client install.
file of platflds >> copy this file to dir of C:\bea\tuxedo8.0\front
that is all.
