惠普安装计划支持中心提供对HP9000及HP integrity 服务器的安装服务。安装过程如下：

对于购买了安装服务的设备，惠普公司将负责安装。下表列出了安装工作的工作范围：

安装前的准备工作 |
惠普公司负责安装的工程师将在安装前协助客户进行设备的到货验收；在安装时指导系统搬运和就位；检查安装现场的电源准备情况并测试电压、温度、湿度等环境参数。 |
|
硬件设备安装 |
硬件设备的安装包括： 协助电源插座连接 惠普设备硬件系统的安装（包括购买了升级服务的硬件扩容安装） 主机与存储设备间线缆的连接 设备各种连接线缆的整理 设备的加电检测 存储设备的初始化及客户化配置（视购买的服务而定） 主机和存储设备等固件程序的升级（将视实际情况而定） 安装并测试“远程登陆Modem” |

软件的安装和配置 |
软件的安装和配置包括： 操作系统的调整，包括文件系统、内核参数、SWAP区设置等 网络参数的配置 补丁程序的安装 完成惠普公司规定的service notes 介绍ISEE并帮用户开通即时支持服务 协助用户在网上在线申请Codeword 相关软件配置：MirrorDisk，MC/SG，TruCluster, OV等 (均需确认已购买了配置服务) 指导客户备份操作系统 在客户PC端安装Remote Console 软件 （仅限于Alpha环境） |

培训和验收 |
安装完成后，惠普公司将提供一小时的现场基本培训服务，包括： 设备日常维护简介 ISEE/ITRC远程支持服务介绍 报修流程介绍 最后确认设备工作正常并完成安装。 |
用户有义务完成以下工作：
