Just now try to bind the MAC 03:00:5e:11:11:11 to eth1, but failed

ifconfig eth1 hw ether 03:00:5e:11:11:11
SIOCSIFHWADDR: Cannot assign requested address

but I can bind one normal unicast MAC to one NICs.
