我的ubuntu都是在虚拟机里安装的 ubuntu9.04版本

1.rpm转deb工具

sudo apt-get install alien

 

2.firefox终极优化 (其他版本我没有试过)

firefox 3.0是目前浏览器中算是最好的一款，但通过优化之后，你会发现它会速度更快更好用！在firefox的url栏中输入：about:config进入配置页面，然后搜索以下的关键项,如果搜索不到这些关键项就自己新建，bool的就建布尔，整数的就建整数，字符串的就建字符串更改

修改后重启firefox

3.gedit中文乱码解决
gconf-editor->apps->gedit-2->preferences->encodings->auto_detected->GB2312
4.更改时间和时区

  1)选择用户时区
    tzselect
  2)设置系统时区
    cp /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Shanghai /etc/localtime
  3)更新网络时间
    ntpdate cn.pool.ntp.org
  4)设置日期到BIOS
    date -s YYYYMMDD
