Install systemtap

编译systemtap要注意，编译systemptap的gcc和编译kernel的gcc是一个版本。

apt-get install libstdc++6 libstdc++6-4.4-dev bison g++ m4

apt-get install libsqlite0-dev libsqlite0 libnss3-dev libavahi-common-dev libavahi-client-dev libavahi-core7 librpm-dev 

(for perf) apt-get install libdw1 libdw-dev libelf1 libelf-dev libnewt-dev python binutils-dev 

./configure  --with-elfutils=/home/stanley/elfutils-0.153 --prefix=/usr

不要make install elfutils, 否则会引起下面这个错误。
