GSR配置情况
1口10G板
2口10G板
3口GE板

GSR12816的P0/1端口出现问题,PPP协议下端口物理up,协议down。故障处理方法如下:
1、由于PPP协议协商中有可能出现问题,log中可以看到,因此先将封装改为hdlc

2、改为hdlc后,端口物理和协议都up,但是点到点ping不通,log还是有告警出现

3、重启板卡后恢复
4、初步判断为端口吊死,判断方法如下:
a、attach 0,(登陆进入故障板卡)

红色部分如果出现不同值,则可以判定是板卡吊死,可以直接重启板卡

类似故障在E6的板卡上经常发生,怀疑有可能是ios的问题,需要升级IOS解决。
