Media-->Advanced Open File
Add media by click Add on the right
Click the popup left of the Play button,and then select stream
Click Next
New destination:select http
Accordingly,you can choose RTP/UDP/MMS protocol
Click Add
Address:IP address to receive the stream
Port:
If you want to transcode the stream,click Profile and select the right one
Click Next
The string below the Generated stream output string can be used in the command line directly to replace all of the above.
Finally,click Stream
Then open another vlc,Media-->Open Network Stream
Protocol:http
Address:127.0.0.1:8080
Click Play
