Senner takes the A1's stock 1.4-liter turbo FSI engine

Senner mounts a set of Hankook S1 Evo tires Senner Tuning, which tweaks a variety of products in Europe from Ford to Ferrari, but normally focuses on Audi, has put the wrench to the subcompact Audi A1. The results, to say the least, are imposing.

Senner takes the A1's stock 1.4-liter turbo FSI engine, replaces the air filter, reprograms the ECU and fits a stainless-steel exhaust system, among other mods, nudging output from 121 to 154 horsepower and torque from 148 to 184 pound-feet — reasonable enough figures for a hot hatch that weighs only 2,400 pounds.

A set of sport springs drops ride height by 1.4 inches. Senner mounts a set of Hankook S1 Evo tires on 18-inch Corniche Monza black polished rims.The initial stage of tune costs European customers just over $6,000. Senner also can install adjustable coil-overs, carbon-fiber trim and LED taillamps, among other stido enhancements. Prices are available on request.
