In March 2010, it acquired Visteon Corporation’s radar system business. In April 2010, the Company acquired Delphi`s Occupant Protection Systems operations in Korea and China. In addition, in April 2010, Autoliv Inc.’s Automotive Holding AS increased its stake in Norma AS from 51% to 93.74%.
