2010 marks the third year of Juicy Couture’s fragrance venture into Asia, following its initial perfume launch by Nuance-Watson (Singapore). Sales have grown five-fold from US$200,000 to US$1 million per year.
Nuance-Watson (Singapore) Perfumes & Cosmetics Category Manager Chillie Por said: “It is extremely encouraging for us to see such good performance by brands that we have helped to enter the market. This shows that with sound planning and visibility, brands can really take off from our stores. We aim to be the launchpad of many new products and brands to come, and to help nurture them into a successful brand.”
