The library, which will remain on the top floor, will be shifted to the middle of the building, rather than being at the D Street end. This allows for easier team-teaching classroom configurations, as well as making the library easier to access, Coulter said.
But before all the nitty-gritty design details can be hashed out, the building's new structure and frame need to be complete.
The reconstruction project has been split into two phases: creating the exterior shell and interior framework is phase one; constructing the school's
approach interior and preparing it for students and staff is phase two.
