however industrial space outside the Interstate 295 corridor but close to transportation routes. They found it in Burlington Township near an exit of the New Jersey/Pennsylvania turnpikes and the River LINE light rail and within a few miles of I-295.
Jass and Weitzel are among thousands of new residents and hundreds of new businesses or commercial expansions that have come to the western region of Burlington County along Route 130, the River LINE and the Delaware River during a 10-year period of concerted efforts to revitalize that corridor.
More than $1.6 billion in commercial and housing construction occurred between 1999 and 2009 in the 12 municipalities between Palmyra and Florence, according to a completed 10-year progress report released by Burlington County.Burlington Township led with $375 million in new development followed by Florence, Delran and Cinnaminson.
