The Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital Foundation's Holiday Tables
For the second year in a row, El Dorado residents will be able to get some great decorating ideas just in time for the holiday season.
The Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital Foundation's Holiday Tables event will be Oct. 22-23 at the El Dorado Civic Center.The event is a fundraiser for the Foundation, with proceeds going to SBA programs and projects, including the free flu shot clinic held each fall.The deadline to sign up to decorate a table for the display is Sept. 15.
Those who choose to decorate a table will receive an 8x8 space and a table free of charge to decorate as casually or as elaborately as they want. Choices for table themes include Halloween, fall, winter, Thanksgiving, Christmas or any other holiday or special occasion.There are only a few table spots left, and a waiting list will be formed if there are more decorators than tables.But decorating a table won't be the only way to participate. New for this year's event, there will be a silent auction.
