Lori Fischer pleaded
thing guilty in 2003 to placing dangerous objects in Orange County Parks. Fischer was in a facility for psychological treatment Wednesday, when 14 one-inch nails were discovered by children at the bottom of a playground slide next to Glen Yermo Elementary, 26400 Trabuco Road.
Another nail was later found next to the playground, raising the total to 15, Orange County Sheriff's spokesman Jim Armomino said.
Deputies believe the nails were planted deliberately to hurt someone.
Fischer was initially sent to a mental health facility, but a judge in 2005 found her in violation of her probation and sentenced her
thing to five years in prison because authorities feared she planned another attack.
