Summary
Symptom
After the application of the EA-HR support package # 31 for EA-HR release
600 (SAPKGPHD31), errors or dumps are triggered when the infotype 0021
(Family Member/Dependents) or any infotype view of the infotype 0021 is
saved. Following symptoms may occur:
o Dump ASSIGN_BASE_TOO_SHORT (CL_HRPA_INFOTYPE_0021_JP)
o Runtime error UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION (CX_HRPA_VIOLATED_POSTCONDITION)
o The error message 'Fill in all required entry fields' (message #
055 of the message class 00) is displayed
o Content of fields are removed after the warning message 'Changes to
field "&2", which is not designed for use, are deleted' (message #
067 of the message class PBAS_SERVICE) is displayed
o The error message 'The Disability date entered is before the DOB of
the dependant.' (message # 901 of the message class 5U) is
displayed

Cause and Prerequisites
Reason: the permissibility (NITF_ADM) of the infotype 0021 in the table
T582ITVCLAS has been erroneously set to '3' (Permitted in all
circumstances).
Solution
The permissibility (NITF_ADM) of the infotype 0021 in the table T582ITVCLAS
has to be set to '0' (Not Permitted).

To manually apply the note, kindly follow the below mention steps.
Step 1 :- Go to Transaction SM30.
Step 2 :- enter table/view as V_T582ITVCLAS and click on Maintain.
Step 3 :- For IType 0021 Family Members/Dependent, Maintain the
permissibility as " Not Permitted ".
Step 4 :- Save it.
