[1] Install Beryl and make your Desktop 3D. If graphic card on your computer is by Intel i810 - i965, or later, it's OK. But if your graphic card is by nVidia or ATI, Install grapgic driver for linux that is provided from them. however, if your graphic card is very old one, it's impossible to make desktop 3D if you install this Beryl. Furthermore, Uninstall Compiz before installing this Beryl first.

Select [Applications] - [System Tools] - [Beryl Settings Manager (Simple)],
Then following window is shown and you can configure simple settings on here.
Set effect level 5, then your desktop will be fun.
