CentOS, XEN and networking
The default setting for domUs in Centos5.1 seems to be using the virbr0 interface for natted-networking.
Check the libvirt settings in /etc/libvirt/qemu/networks/autostart/default.xml
There you can also set the dhcp range that can be used.
Otherwise, to force bridged networking use the following in your domU-cfg file
vif = [ 'bridge=xenbr0', ]
General xen settings can be found in /etc/xen/xend-config.sxp
