Flash Update Utility for Windows CE

The Flash Update Utility FlashUpdate.exe allows you to quickly replace a Windows CE Image or a bootloader under Windows CE. You can program other images as well such as a boot logo or even a complete flash disk. In contrast to typical bootloader solutions you can load Images from any medium, e.g. from a USB-Stick or network.

The Update Software can be integrated into the Windows CE image. Besides that, you can also start the software from an external medium like a SD-Card or USB-Stick. Image files must be preprocessed using our own tool chain before they can be written to flash. This guarantees that only images can be programmed which are authorized by the manufacturer. The progress of the update process is indicated through a status line and a progress bar.
