Install VMware ActiveX control on SCVMM for Viewing VM
在VMM中添加VIcenter后并不能预览ESXServer中VM的运行状态，会出现提示安装Activex插件。
1：将ESXServer或VIcenter的地址添加到IE的可信任站点里
例如/*
2：登陆
3：双击其中一台vm，选择Console
4：点击console界面上的Install Control
在弹出IE提示栏中选择安装插件
5：弹出插件，选择Install
6：重新启动IE浏览器和VMM，或者重启服务器即可预览VM情况

if right, I found VMWare ESXi does not support web access and will not install VMWare Activex success if VC hosts are all esxi 4.0.
