Could not delete XXX path. May be locked by another process.

当使用eclipse+tomcat开发时，有时会出现Could not delete F:/linux/ws/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.wst.server.core/tmp0/wtpwebapps/ats/WEB-INF/classes/data. May be locked by another process.

I performed a "clean" operation on the Tomcat server instance and the problem just went away. It's being doing fine since that. I'll let you know if I see this issue again.
