SSA_DEGRADED_ERROR: Dormant Fast Write Cache Entry

AIX Version 4.3
Problem
The following error appears in the the error log:
LABEL: SSA_DEGRADED_ERROR
SRN: 42527
This error indicates that a dormant fast write cache entry exists. The fast write cache contains unsynchronized data for a disk drive that is no longer available. If the disk drive is available, it can be reattached to try and synchronize the data, but if the drive has failed, the dormant cache entry can be deleted.
Solution
Delete the dormant fast write cache entry using SMIT.
Enter:
smitty ssafastw > Cache is offline for these devices (select this one) >
List of Devices hdisk#
Enable Fast-Write no
Force Delete yes
Enter:
smitty ssafastw > The dormant cache entry no longer exists.
Now save and clear the error log:
errpt -a > /tmp/filename
errclear 0
/usr/lib/errstop
/usr/lib/errdemon
目前不敢操作，等明天找IBM工程师，看是否这个解决办法
