OM 欢迎信息 更改

由于HP OM 软件在作更新过程中容易发生改变startmsg，一旦登陆使用时会觉得特别不舒服，所以用下面命令作更改
djt_nm# pwd
/
djt_nm# cd /opt/OV/bin/OpC/

djt_nm# more /abc.txt
