The distribution is built on top of openSUSE 11.1, with Linux kernel 2.6.27.15, X.Org 7.4, and a choice of desktop environments between GNOME 2.24 and KDE 4.1.3. New features include PAM configuration, SELinux enablement, improved update stack with Zypper, LVM2 (replaces EVMS2), ext3 as the default file system and various other improvements.
