The Pardus Linux project has announced the availability of a Linux 2007 release candidate. According to the ,
the new version comes with support for Spanish during system
installation, a new graphical tool for managing disk partitions (Disk
Manager) and updated versions of PiSi, the package management utility
and Comar, the system administration module. The Linux kernel has been
updated to version 2.6.18.4, while a number of other packages,
including CUPS, GnuPG and NdisWrapper have also been upgraded to their
latest versions. Many bugs reported on the distribution's bug tracker
