The second beta release of 1.3 is ready for testing: "After
much hard work, the PC-BSD team is pleased to announce that version 1.3
BETA2 is now available for download. This version adds support for
installing in languages other than English, and addresses numerous bugs
found in BETA1." Other changes in the latest release include
switching to the "Crystal Clear" icon set for default install and a
number of package updates, notably Freetype 2.2.1, GTK+ 2.10.6
