Cause
This is caused by Bug 7534067, where the time and date, that is used by the task name generation, are incorrect.
The issue is fixed in 11.2 and 10.2.0.5.
Solution
Depending on the situation, following solutions are available:

10gR:
o  Apply patch set 10.2.0.4 + generic Patch 7534067
o  Apply patch set 10.2.0.5 (advised)

11gR1:
o  Apply patch set 11.1.0.7 + generic Patch 7534067

In some cases (10.2.0.1 and 10.2.0.2), Patch 4707226 will also fix this error.
If you cannot apply any of the previous solutions, download and apply patch 4707226 if appropriate.
